- The customer must first contact the Mojow customer service once his order is placed to indicate his desire to take back an old piece of furniture
- The furniture taken back must be equivalent to the one purchased (e.g.: a chair for a chair, a stool for a stool...)
- Like the furniture MOJOW DESIGN delivered ready to assemble, the equivalent furniture taken back must be disassembled and packaged with an environmentally responsible support (cardboard, wood ...).
- For small furniture easily disassembled or transportable, you can deposit them in a collection point or an association near you. Consult the list of these points on : www.eco-mobilier.fr.
In all cases, the potential return of your small equivalent furniture as well as its constraints must be indicated before the purchase act.
